Platform Tennis

Winter Play, Elevated

Platform tennis has been a cornerstone of Worthington Hills’ winter programming for over 25 years and continues to grow each season. With more than 150 active participants, the program offers both competitive team play and relaxed, social opportunities.

Our facilities are among the finest in the Midwest, having hosted numerous regional tournaments. The addition of a newly built hut and renovated viewing areas has further enhanced the member experience, creating a warm and inviting space throughout the colder months.

Platform tennis is easy to learn and accessible to players with backgrounds in tennis, racquetball, or similar sports. Seasonal clinics and beginner programming are available, and demo equipment is offered through the Pro Shop for those getting started.

Fast-paced, social, and uniquely suited for winter play, platform tennis is a favorite among members looking to stay active year-round.

Pickleball

The Fastest Growing Game at the Club

Pickleball continues to see tremendous growth at Worthington Hills, offering an engaging and highly social experience for players of all ages and skill levels.

The Club features ten courts, including six dedicated pickleball courts located at the Pickleball Complex behind the pool, as well as four additional courts on the adjacent tennis hard courts.

Blending elements of tennis, table tennis, and strategy-driven play, pickleball is easy to learn and fun to master. Whether you are new to the game or an experienced player, there are ample opportunities for social play, instruction, and organized programming.

Junior Programming

Developing the Next Generation of Players

Worthington Hills offers a robust junior racquet sports program designed to build skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of the game.

Each season, more than 100 junior players participate in clinics, private instruction, camps, and inter-club events. Programming is tailored to all ages and skill levels, from beginners learning fundamentals to competitive juniors refining match play.

Our professional staff focuses on skill development, sportsmanship, and creating a positive, engaging environment where young players can thrive both on and off the court.
