James has been with Worthington Hills since 2002. A native of Lyndhurst, Ohio, he attended Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin High School. It was there that he began his career at Shaker Heights Country Club for five summers and one summer at The Pepper Pike Club. In 1997, James graduated from The Ohio State University in Agronomy. Upon graduation, he spent one year as an Assistant Superintendent and four years as Head Superintendent at Pine Needles Lodge and Golf Club in Pinehurst, North Carolina. In 2001, he had the honor of hosting the U.S. Women's Open at Pine Needles. James currently resides in Powell with his wife, 2 daughter's and son.
