Childcare

Worthington Hills Country Club offers on-site childcare exclusively for members while they are utilizing club facilities. Our childcare room, located in the pool complex, accommodates children ages 3 months to 12 years. Parents must remain on club property and actively utilize club amenities while their children are in childcare.

Childcare Policies
To ensure a safe and positive environment for all children, the following policies are in place:

• Children 3 months to 12 years are welcome
• All required paperwork must be completed prior to a child’s first visit.
• Maximum Stay: 2.5 hours per visit
• Parents must remain on club property at all times
• No lunch or dinner meals permitted (snacks only)
• No nuts allowed due to severe allergies
• Please notify staff of any allergies or medical needs
• The childcare facility follows a 1 staff member to 6 children ratio to maintain proper supervision and safety. Infants under care may affect this ratio.

Making Reservations
Due to capacity limits and staffing requirements, reservations are required. For children under 1 year old, additional advance notice is appreciated to ensure proper staffing.

Walk-ins will be accepted as space permits.

$12 per hour per child. Billing is calculated in 30-minute increments after the first hour. Partial increments are rounded up. Time is based on recorded check-in and check-out time.
